Qualifications

• Must comply with all state-specific licensure and certification requirements.
• Prior workers' compensation case management is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurance carriers, and injured workers.
• Attend appointments with injured workers and visit employers when necessary.
• Develop, document, and monitor individualized recovery goals.
