Job summary

Paradigm is hiring a Field Nurse Case Manager to support injured workers in Elizabeth and nearby communities, including Edison, Somerville, Newark, and New Brunswick. The role requires an active NJ RN license and, ideally, an NY license within 60 days of hire.

Certifications such as CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC are preferred and must be obtained within two years of hire. Strong organization, communication, and patient education skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered NJ RN license.
• Current, unencumbered NY RN license (preferred; required within 60 days of hire)
• Experience in workers' compensation case management (preferred)
• Certifications CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC preferred; REQUIRED within two years of the date of hire
• Skills: organization and timeline adherence, PC and technology skills, communication (written, verbal, interpersonal)
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
• Skilled at patient education
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving history
