The role is field-based, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, with up to 70% travel, and focuses on clinical education, access, and patient pathways to enable a rapid, responsible launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in specialty or complex areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists and treatment centers.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and assist providers with referrals.
• Collaborate with certified sites to support onboarding and delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics and scheduling considerations.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Ops for coordinated execution.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways.
• Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and launch plans.
• Manage territory planning, calls, and performance tracking.
• Demonstrate ethical, patient-centric engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
