Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of COMP360 in certified treatment centers across territories in the United States. This field-based role requires up to 70% travel and reports to the Regional Sales Director.

The candidate will build strong partnerships with psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and integrated care systems, delivering clinically driven education to support patient access and site readiness for a novel therapeutic modality.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant product and disease-state education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support providers in understanding patient selection and referral pathways.
• Collaborate with certified treatment sites to support onboarding and optimization of delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics, including scheduling and patient flow.
