Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of COMP360 in certified treatment centers across a defined field territory. You will work with psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and integrated care systems to execute a regional strategy while ensuring alignment with regulatory, safety, and patient access frameworks.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and requires building trust-based relationships with healthcare providers, navigating site-of-care

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in specialty/complex areas.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with site-of-care dynamics, payer processes, and buy-and-bill models.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy for launch and uptake.
• Develop and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to healthcare providers.
• Identify patients and support providers with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with sites to onboard and optimize treatment workflows.
• Navigate scheduling, patient flow, and operational aspects of treatment delivery.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Ops.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement and access challenges.
• Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and launch execution.
• Manage territory business planning, call planning, and performance tracking.
• Model ethical, compliant, and patient-centric engagement.
