Job summary

IT Link Now, LLC is seeking a Field Network Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair network infrastructure and telecommunications equipment at client sites throughout the Miami-Dade and Broward areas. This role combines hands-on technical work with strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of field experience, a solid TCP/IP foundation, and the ability to work on-call and travel as needed. We offer training, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Network Administration, Information Technology, or Experience.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in network installation and maintenance.
• CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification preferred.
• Proficient in TCP/IP networking principles.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation of network hardware, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and cabling systems.
• Perform on-site installation of servers, computers, and various peripherals.
• Wire management and site visits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues.
• Install and configure network equipment according to client specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely technical support.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop and implement network solutions.
