Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of help desk or technical support experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems and service management platforms.
• Strong AV, computer, digital signage, and hardware knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support remotely.
• Resolve tickets within established service level agreements.
• Configure and deploy computers and media players.
