Qualifications

• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting for SCADA and core network.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm Central Time.
• Discipline and attention to detail for quality work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate network and service issues.
• Compose and send outage notifications to stakeholders.
• Act as technical escalation for Automation and IT teams.
