Qualifications

• 7 years experience with a bachelor's degree or 10 years in a Network Operations Center.
• DoD IT security requirements experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Baseline Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or CCNA-SEC).

Responsibilities

• Provide touch labor for all network devices.
• Oversee monitoring of network assets per SLAs.
• Perform break/fix and maintenance activities.
• Lead root cause analysis and suggest resolutions.
