iNet is seeking a Technical Services Specialist in Midland, TX to deploy next‑generation technologies and support mission‑critical installations. The role emphasizes ensuring performance, reliability, and client satisfaction on every deployment, with on‑site responsibilities and occasional on‑call duties.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field tech or technical support, strong networking and RF knowledge, and Cisco/Network+ certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; 2‑year technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years field technician or support experience.
• Experience with networking, telecommunications, and wireless solutions.
• Certifications in Cisco, Network+ or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls and RF tech.
• Familiar with OSI model and network data flow.
• Proficient with troubleshooting tools like Telnet, RDP, traceroute, and ping.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Able to pass background check and pre-start drug screen.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
