Job summary

Trace3 is seeking an Engineer to deliver remote and on-site support services across North America. You'll design and install physical infrastructure, conduct system engineering, and optimize wireless networks.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of enterprise-level experience and is proficient with Cisco equipment. This is a 100% onsite role requiring significant travel, with a focus on customer satisfaction and meeting client needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise-level network design and support.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Thorough understanding of Ekahau Pro Suite functionality.
• Ability to conduct clear and concise communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Document network infrastructure and design.
• Perform systems engineering and design of wireless networks.
• Plan, design, engineer, configure and maintain wireless LANs.
• Conduct client-facing meetings professionally.
• Lead/assist with proof-of-concept trials with new technologies.
