The role involves coordinating across teams, certifying equipment, developing field protocols, and providing on-site guidance during activations and troubleshooting. Strong networking and wireless expertise required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field technician or technical support roles.
• Hands-on networking, telecom, and wireless solutions knowledge.
• Certifications in Cisco or Network+ or similar technologies.
• Proficient in using common network troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment execution across provisioning, field ops, logistics, and client teams.
• Validate and certify equipment to meet manufacturer specs and standards.
• Develop and refine testing/certification protocols for field ops.
• Provide technical guidance during site activations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Work in shop/warehouse with occasional field deployments and diagnostics.
