Job summary

Trace3 is seeking an Engineer to provide remote and on-site support across North America in diverse client environments. Expect hands-on design, installation, and maintenance of physical infrastructure, wireless networks, and hardware configurations.

Role requires extensive travel and 100% onsite work, with strong documentation, problem solving, and client-facing collaboration. CompTIA and Cisco certifications are preferred, and Office365 familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise-level network design and support.
• Certifications such as CCNA/Network+ preferred; A+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document network infrastructure and design.
• Perform wireless network design, analysis, and testing.
• Plan, configure, and maintain wireless LANs and APs.
• Provide optimization recommendations for wireless networks.
• Conduct RF site surveys and throughput testing.
• Lead proof-of-concept trials with new technologies.
• Develop and maintain network standards and documentation.
