Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services in Solon, Ohio, is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites. You will hold multiple NDT method certifications (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT) and ensure data accuracy, safety, and quality.

Expect field work, supervision of assistants, calibration of equipment, travel, and adherence to safety protocols. The role offers growth into leadership and advanced inspection services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods in accordance with procedures.
• Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results using appropriate reporting platforms.
• Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and field personnel.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and site-specific requirements.
