Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites across multiple locations in the United States.

The ideal candidate holds one or more NDT certifications (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT) and demonstrates professionalism and precise data reporting. You will calibrate and operate NDT equipment, supervise assistants, coordinate with project managers, and maintain safety and quality in field operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold one or more certified NDT methods (e.g., RT, MT, PT, UT, VT) or Level II equivalents.
• Experience with field testing in refinery, petrochemical, or industrial sites is preferred.
• Ability to obtain TWIC and site access credentials and pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and applicable codes.
• Accurately interpret and document test results using forms or digital systems.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and guide field personnel during operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
