Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites. The role requires authorized NDT methods (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT, etc.) and adherence to safety, data accuracy, and quality standards.

You will interpret results, document findings, and supervise assistants in the field while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with codes and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED mandatory.
• Multiple NDT Level II certifications or equivalencies.
• Radiation safety training / IRRSP or state card if applicable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to report results clearly.
• Willingness to travel and work extended shifts in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per procedures and codes.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results with accuracy.
• Supervise NDT Assistants during field operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope and results.
• Maintain thorough records, reports, time sheets, and safety docs.
• Uphold radiation safety practices and site safety protocols.
• Adhere to Life Critical Expectations and company standards.
