Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. seeks a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites. The role requires certifications in RT, MT, PT, UT, VT and related methods, with a strong commitment to data accuracy, safety, and quality.

Candidate must hold or be able to obtain NDT Level II credentials, TWIC, and state-specific access, traveling to various locations. Excellent communication and professional conduct are essential for success in this field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to travel and work in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results using forms or digital systems.
• Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and field personnel during operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports and safety documentation.
• Ensure radiation safety practices where applicable, including dosimetry and barricading.
• Adhere to TEAM's Life Critical Expectations and safety protocols.
• Uphold professionalism and quality standards.
