Job summary

PROtect, LLC is seeking an experienced NDT Technician to perform non-destructive testing across components and materials at industrial facilities. You will operate MT, PT, UT, UT Thickness, RT, and API inspection methods, calibrate equipment, and document findings while maintaining a strong safety culture.

The role is field-based with long hours, travel, and the need to adapt to varied sites. Candidates should have multiple NDT certifications, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Certification in at least one major NDT method (e.g., UT, RT, API).
• Certification in at least one minor NDT method (e.g., MT, PT, UTT).

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT inspections using multiple methods (MT, PT, UT, UT Thickness, RT, API).
• Operate and calibrate NDT equipment and select appropriate methods.
• Document inspection results and complete required reports and tickets.
• Follow safety policies and lead by example to promote safety.
• Provide instruction to assigned assistants and work with team on field tasks.
