Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites across various locations. The ideal candidate holds multiple NDT methods certifications (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT) and demonstrates professionalism with data accuracy and safety.

The role involves supervising field staff, calibrating equipment, and coordinating with project managers while adhering to life-critical safety standards. Strong communication and field experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold one or more NDT Level II certifications or equivalents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to report results.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work extended hours.
• Must be able to obtain site access credentials such as TWIC or DISA.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Interpret and document test results using reports or digital systems.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and field staff during operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers on scope, access and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports and safety documentation.
