Current development activity targets prospects in the Avalon, Bone Springs, Wolfcamp and Woodford formations while balancing leasehold obligations and permit terms. We operated ten rigs and three frac crews on average during 2025, resulting in 176 operated wells drilled and 161 operated wells brought online. During 2025, net production averaged 661 MBOED.**Position Overview** At ConocoPhillips, our Lease Operators—known internally as Multi-Skill Operators (MSOs)—play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable oil and gas production across our assets.
