U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate loans in a designated Non-Bank territory and manage complete loan applications through underwriting and processing.

The role requires active sales activity away from branch locations, with at least half the time spent in the field. The ideal candidate has NMLS registration, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years in Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate.

Competenze

• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z, ongoing compliance with registration requirements
• High school degree or equivalent
• Two or more years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience

Mansioni

• originates mortgage loans in assigned territory and takes applications
• conducts preliminary underwriting reviews
• submits loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval
• spends at least 50% of time on sales activities away from U.S. Bank locations
