Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Mitigation Production Team Lead / Restoration Supervisor in Kentucky. You will guide field crews through water, fire, mold, or storm damage on active jobsites, owning daily mitigation production and ensuring high-quality work.

You will lead from the front, coach technicians, maintain vehicle readiness, and communicate with customers and team members to keep projects on track with safety and documentation at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company service vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year experience in restoration, mitigation, or related field.
• IICRC certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation crews on assigned jobsites and promote a safety-focused field culture.
• Coordinate and perform mitigation production processes while upholding quality standards.
• Maintain readiness of the service vehicle: clean, stocked, and equipment-ready.
• Set clear expectations, coach technicians, and provide day-to-day direction.
• Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, PMs, vendors, and staff.
• Document job activity accurately to support billing and compliance.
• Manage labor, equipment, materials, and consumables on projects.
• Identify issues early and propose solutions to keep projects moving.
