Job summary

Conservice is a leading utility and billing management company serving the multifamily housing industry. The Meter Technician role is a hands-on field position responsible for installing and maintaining water, gas, and electric submeters across properties, with up to 25% travel and a company vehicle provided.

You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair meters, document work, and follow safety procedures. The schedule is Monday–Friday with potential overtime and overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Experience working in field/service roles is preferred.
• Professional interaction with property owners, managers and staff is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, configure, calibrate, and replace submeters and communication systems at multifamily properties and select locations.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot meter performance and data transmission; repair or replace faulty equipment.
• Document field work, upload orders, photos, and notes daily; follow SOPs and safety policies.
