Veolia North America is seeking a Meter Reader to join our field operations. You will collect meter information, maintain strong customer relationships, and support data consolidation and problem resolution for utility billing. This role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills.

You will report to a supervisor, assist with new account setup, and participate in on-site meter data collection and related maintenance tasks as part of a dynamic environmental services team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills and software.

Responsabilidades

• Directly reporting to Supervisor.
• Provide professional service to account relationships.
• Build customer relationships as a key team member.
• Gather and consolidate data from varied sources.
• Manage field meter data collection for multiple customers daily and monthly.
• Support field inquiries to resolve customer utility-billing issues.
• Assist with new customer account creation information.
