Veolia North America, LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a Meter Reader to join the SourceOne energy management team. You will be responsible for collecting meter information, maintaining accurate data, and building strong relationships with multiple customers on a daily basis.

This role emphasizes field data collection, supporting billing inquiries, coordinating with new accounts, and helping resolve meter-related issues with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some energy, utility or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly reporting to Supervisor of Energy Management.
• Professional service to account relationships.
• Building customer relationships as a key member of management team.
• Gathering and consolidating data from varied sources.
• Managing field meter data collection for multiple customers on a daily and monthly basis.
• Support to field inquiry requests to help manage problem resolution for customer utility-billing issues.
• Coordinating and assisting with field information for new customer account creation.
• Support researching and identifying field procedures for the authorizations of access to customer\'s meter locations and utility information.
• Proactively identify abnormal metering situations and advise the Energy Management team.
• Supporting administrative needs of the business, including but not limited to, accounting, reporting, the sales process, data entry, back-up phone support, and general administration.
