Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandising Supervisor to support Operations Managers, oversee a group of stores, and assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing merchandising concepts and sales techniques.

The role requires traveling to multiple stores and ensuring adherence to company programs and standards. The Field Supervisor will help exceed budgetary objectives by driving sales, reducing shrink, and achieving gross profit and labor goals across locations in the region.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in Business Management or related field.
• Retail and merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations Manager to execute plans to reach targets.
• Execute store activities to meet standards and sales targets.
• Coach and develop merchandisers for service, selling skills, productivity.
• Serve as liaison between Operations Manager, customers, and merchandisers.
• Build relationships with Building Managers and Office Staff.
• Provide feedback on product quality and sales trends.
• Cover days off, sick days, vacations at locations.
• Maximize performance through scheduling.
