Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to manage 5–9 merchandisers across roughly 20 to 30 locations. The role is field-heavy, with about 80% time in the field, coaching teams and ensuring adherence to our Picture of Success in each location.

You will train and evaluate staff, adapt to changing priorities, and build strong relationships with floral buyers and store teams. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule to accommodate floral holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising merchandisers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor a geographic region for Falcon Farms' customers.
• Evaluate merchandiser performance and allocate resources.
• Oversee route operations including merchandising and promotions.
• Train and provide feedback to merchandisers.
• Liaise with HR to ensure staffing and compliance.
• Engage with store management teams to strengthen company presence.
• Cover merchandising routes as needed.
