Job summary

Falcon Farms in Phoenix is seeking a Field Merchandising Supervisor to support Operations Managers, hire and train merchandisers, and drive regional sales. You will travel to multiple stores, coach teams, and ensure programs and standards are followed to meet budgeted goals.

Role requires leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to schedule and supervise across locations. Immediate opening with fulltime duties and field travel.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in Business Management or related field required.
• Retail and merchandising experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Proven leadership/management skills including scheduling and reporting.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, email.
• Must have own phone and computer for work.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager with business plans and store targets.
• Execute store activities to meet sales standards and goals.
• Coach and develop merchandisers for customer service and productivity.
• Serve as liaison between operations, customers and merchandisers.
• Interact with building managers and office staff to build relations.
• Provide feedback on product quality and sales trends.
• Cover days off, sick days, and vacations at locations.
• Maximize performance via store scheduling.
