Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor an assigned geographic region and store points of sale.
• Evaluate merchandiser performance and assign resources as required.
• Cover merchandising routes and maintain strong relationships with floral buyers.
• Train and provide feedback to merchandisers.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing needs and compliance.
• Engage with store management to represent Falcon Farms.
