Altria Group Distribution Company is seeking a Retail Merchandising Associate (RMA) to enhance the in-store experience for consumers. The role focuses on managing POS materials, performing in-store resets, repairing fixtures, and maintaining accurate inventory and data collection.

You will travel to multiple stores to execute trade programs, place POS materials, reset fixtures, and provide feedback on market plans through collaborative teamwork.

Job Description

As an RMA, you will support product and promotional initiatives across retail locations by managing point‑of‑sale (POS) materials, performing in‑store resets, repairing fixtures, and maintaining accurate inventory and data collection.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary of $47,500–$50,500 annually with annual incentive compensation.

• Deferred Profit‑Sharing (DPS) Plan with company contribution of 13%‑17% of base salary after one year.
• Annual profit‑sharing contribution of 8%, 10%, or 12% based on company earnings.
• Annual supplemental contribution of 5%.
• Personal DPS Plan contribution up to 35% of base salary (subject to IRS limits).
• Dollar‑for‑dollar company match up to 3% of base salary after 90 days of service.

Additional Information

• RMAs must be 21 or older.
• Local travel by car required 100% of the time.

• Required physical ability to lift, push, pull, reach, and carry up to 50 pounds on a occasional basis; may include climbing ladders and stooping, kneeling, twisting, and bending.
• May be exposed to loud, dusty, smoky, or hot/cold building environments; overnight travel may be required.
