Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Macon, GA is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute in-store tasks from planograms and signage to price changes and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while supporting store operations and district leadership.

The role requires 18+ with retail/merchandising experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to read, write, and count.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and provide legendary customer service.
