Tractor Supply Company is hiring for a FAST Team Member to support a single store with planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service and adhering to safety standards.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, 18+ years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are valued for daily tasks and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing, and counting ability required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
