Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising and project execution across a designated market. You will supervise a team of associates, ensure planogram compliance, and maintain strong relationships with store management and clients.

The role requires travel within the market, strict adherence to safety standards, and timely reporting. A driver’s license and forklift certification are preferred, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects and inspect work against standards.
• Build strong relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete on-time project reporting with photos and data.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions.
