Regular travel within the market and to neighboring markets is required. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, planning, reporting via mobile apps, and close collaboration with store staff and client representatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading field associates.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with a smartphone/tablet for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory.
• Direct in-store team on projects; communicate instructions and inspect work.
• Build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Submit on-time project reports via company mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards.
• Assist with associate performance feedback and onboarding as needed.
