Job summary

Channel Partners seeks an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising, resets, and installation across a designated market. You will train associates, ensure planogram compliance, and drive safety and quality on all in-store projects.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to travel between stores daily, including occasional overnights, to meet project deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Twin Cities area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising, fixture installation, displays, or equivalent field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates; lead experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory (resets, planograms, displays, installation).
• Direct the in-store team on projects: instruction, sequencing, and inspection for quality and safety.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via mobile apps; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce on-site safety standards; ensure proper tool usage and correct unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to District Manager promptly.
• Train and coach team on merchandising standards and safety.
