Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is hiring an Area Execution Manager to lead retail merchandising in the Saint Paul market. You will perform and supervise resets, installations, planogram compliance, and in-store displays while coaching a team of merchandising associates.

You will travel across stores, ensure safety, and report progress via mobile apps. The role requires 2+ years in merchandising and the ability to lead projects with a focus on quality and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or equivalent field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; auto insurance meeting company policy requirements.
• Proficiency with a smartphone/tablet for reporting and photo capture.
• Willingness to become forklift/aerial lift certified within 30 days of hire where required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly, installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work to standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete on-time project reporting (visit completions, photos, data) via company apps; verify accuracy of team reports.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce on-site safety standards; ensure proper use of tools and safety compliance.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and issues to the District Manager as needed.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time with quality and safety.
• Train and coach team on merchandising standards, installation, break-fix, and retailer requirements.
