Job summary

Metrie is seeking a Field Service Representative to execute store fulfillment and merchandising across Wichita-area Lowe’s stores. You will start from your home, stock products, and perform in-store visits to ensure inventory accuracy and optimal shelf presence.

Leverage knowledge of SOPs, vendor-managed inventory, and customer service to drive sales while maintaining safety and product integrity. Must be able to travel daily to assigned home center stores.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• 2+ years of inventory replenishment experience in box retail/building materials.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and systems.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a broader remote team.
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Store fulfillment and merchandising at designated stores in the Wichita metropolitan area.
• Maintain inventory levels and product placement to drive in-store sales.
• Provide a safe, consistent shopping experience for end consumers and maintain SOPs.
