Job summary

Metrie is hiring a Field Service Representative to perform store fulfillment and merchandising across designated Illinois stores. You will start from home, merchandise and stock products, following SOPs and managing store inventory under our VMI program.

Shift is Tuesday through Friday with service to Champaign, Danville, Forsyth, and Springfield. The role focuses on safe shopping, inventory accuracy, product placement, and building strong customer relationships to drive in-store sales.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required.
• 2+ years of inventory replenishment experience in box retail/building materials preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and with a remote team.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, consistent shopping experience for the end consumer.
• Drive in-store sales by maintaining inventory levels, product placement and merchandising standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide knowledge on product offerings, features and usage.
• Inspect fixtures, signage and pricing sets; report deficiencies to on-site contact.
