Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, seeks a Retail Merchandiser to cover big box retailers within the greater Northern Virginia market. This remote role requires travel to customer locations, strong organization, and the ability to set up displays and resets.

You will monitor inventory, support store and district managers, and participate in regional events while representing a trusted outdoor living and infrastructure solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Daily travel to and from customer locations; some overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and visits stores to meet customer needs and optimize shelf space.
• Monitors inventory levels via cycle counts and reports; coordinates with replenishment teams.
• Participates in regional training classes and events.
• Leads or participates in product demonstrations, contractor events, and promotions.
• Builds and installs product displays and store resets.
• Ensures product is safely stacked and secured; shares ideas with supervisor.
