Job summary

Harris Energy Solutions LLC is seeking a Field Quality Verifier to support asset inventory and facility condition assessment across municipal buildings in the New York City area. You will survey MEP equipment, record nameplate data, and install asset tags with QR/bar codes, linking photos to each asset.

The role requires meticulous data entry, ability to travel to multiple sites, and comfort with Excel, tablets, mobile data-collection apps, and cameras.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel and mobile data capture tools.
• Able to travel reliably to multiple NYC sites.
• Capable of independent field work and scheduling.
• Background check may be required for government facilities.

Responsibilities

• Survey major MEP equipment floor by floor and record data.
• Install asset tags with QR/bar codes and verify linking.
• Photograph assets and organize photos to asset IDs.
• Ensure data quality and upload daily to project platform.
