Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager to grow AMCN membership within Grove, OK and nearby communities. The role requires heavy field activity, relationship-building with residents and businesses, and a consultative sales approach to convert leads into memberships.

Two base salary options are offered along with a car allowance and uncapped commissions; the position supports hybrid work with 90% field-based duties and a 50-75 mile commuting radius.

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling
• Experience in rural, relationship-driven markets is valued
• Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services is preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: spend ~90% of time in the field across OK and neighboring counties, engaging residents, businesses, and leaders
• Develop Relationships: door-to-door outreach, local events, partnerships with first responders and healthcare providers
• Sales Process Management: manage full sales cycle from outreach to close with a consultative approach
• Champion with Purpose: represent AMCN as a trusted community partner in civic groups and regional events
