Job summary

Global Medical Response (GMR) seeks a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager to drive membership sales across Concord, CA and surrounding counties. The role is hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote) with a territory including Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz, CA.

The job offers two fixed base salary options, $35,000 or $45,000, plus car allowance and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2C or B2B field sales experience.
• Experience selling in relationship-driven, territory-based markets is a plus.
• Comfort with frequent travel and field-based work.
• Knowledge of healthcare or emergency medical transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: spend ~90% in the field in Concord and surrounds, engaging businesses and individuals to educate on AMCN membership.
• Develop Relationships: generate leads via door-to-door outreach, referrals, events, networking, and partnerships.
• Sales Process Management: manage full sales cycle with a consultative approach.
• Champion with Purpose: build long-term relationships with community organizations and employers to boost brand credibility.
