Advantmed provides laptops and portable scanners to travel to medical facilities and hospitals for scanning patient medical records. Pay is $18-$21 per hour or $3 per record, with mileage reimbursement, a daily $50 food allowance, and travel/hotel costs covered when applicable.

Qualifications

• Relevant job experience in medical records or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard office software and devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a record system for patient information and documents.
• Use electronic systems to collect, organize, and manage data.
• Ensure medical records are accurate, complete, and properly stored.
• Create digital copies of paperwork and store records electronically.
• File reports quickly and accurately and follow confidentiality guidelines.
• Interact with medical staff and providers to coordinate information.
