Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. in Denver, CO is seeking a Field Medical Director with strong oncology background to drive regional medical strategy and relationships with national/regional leaders.

You will collaborate across medical affairs, clinical development, and operations to support the solid tumor program, including breast and lung cancer assets. Responsibilities include engaging investigators, coordinating collaborations, and presenting scientific data to KOLs and decision makers while traveling

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO with 5+ years of clinical experience or equivalent biotech/pharma success.
• NP or PA with Master’s and 6+ years clinical experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals at regional level.
• Willingness to travel 60-70% for field-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional medical strategies to support solid tumor pipeline.
• Establish and maintain peer-to-peer scientific relationships with opinion leaders.
• Coordinate collaborations with investigators, clinics, and research groups.
• Support pre-launch and post-launch medical affairs activities and congresses.
• Provide clinical and scientific input to internal teams and external partners.
• Identify unmet medical needs and contribute to trials and ISR processes.
• Oversee regional medical meetings and training initiatives.
