Job summary

Waters is seeking an Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs to lead the MSL organization and drive the field medical strategy for the Advanced Diagnostics portfolio. You will build external scientific relationships, oversee evidence-generation initiatives, and partner with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial teams to influence portfolio strategy.

You will lead a high‑performing team, ensure scientific integrity, and advance education programs across North America and globally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an MSL organization and field medical strategy.
• Ability to translate external insights into portfolio strategies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and communicate scientific insights from external stakeholders.
• Lead annual Field Medical plans and KPI development.
• Directly manage and develop an MSL team with performance coaching.
• Build strategic relationships with KOLs and healthcare institutions.
• Represent Waters at congresses and advisory boards.
• Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
