Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Associate Sales Representative in the Chicago area to support territory growth and customer engagement across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings. You will work with an experienced Sales Representative to assist with clinical procedures, product evaluations, and field education for surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff.

Travel is expected at about 20% of the time, with a focus on building relationships, managing accounts, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across territory.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education.
