Qualifications

• Active RN or CRC license is required to practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurers, and injured workers.
• Attend appointments at work sites or locations as needed.
• Develop, document, and monitor individualized recovery goals and return-to-work plans.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
