Job summary

EmblemHealth is seeking a field-based Enrollment Specialist to present, enroll, and counsel customers in Medicaid, Essential Plan, QHP and CHP products. You will conduct visits and collect documents, working toward enrollment targets in the New York metro area.

You will build partnerships with community organizations, perform on-site outreach at hospitals and agencies, and use Salesforce to track activity. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required to reach diverse populations and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant sales or enrollment experience.
• Willingness to travel in NY metro area.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to input and maintain data in database systems.

Responsibilities

• Present, follow up, and sell Medicaid and QHP products directly.
• Conduct home visits and collect required enrollment documents.
• Develop relationships with community organizations and events.
• Enter activity data into Salesforce.
• Meet enrollment targets and maintain a growing enrollments book.
