Qualifications

• Experience supervising mechanical construction on mining/industrial projects.
• Familiarity with ASME, CSA, API codes is a plus.
• Ability to meet schedule and budget while ensuring safety and quality.
• Strong field leadership and coordination across multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Field supervision: lead mechanical subcontractors during installation of equipment and process infrastructure.
• Quality & compliance: conduct inspections, verify installation, ensure QA/QC documentation.
• Safety leadership: enforce safety policies, participate in audits, mitigate field hazards.
• Coordination: interface with superintendents, construction managers, and engineering teams to resolve field issues and track progress.
