Job summary

Thalle Construction Company is seeking a Mechanical/Pipe Foreman for work at Sanford or Clayton, NC. The foreman will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of large-diameter pipes in field settings, leading crews and ensuring safe, efficient execution of projects.

Responsibilities include daily planning, coordinating with subcontractors and inspectors, and ensuring adherence to schedule and budget. Strong leadership, communication, and safety accountability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews on large-diameter piping projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, inspectors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise installation, maintenance, or repair of large-diameter pipes.
• Lead field crews and allocate manpower and equipment daily.
• Ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
• Review and adapt daily activity plans with engineers/project managers.
• Maintain accurate daily time and activity reporting.
